During the initial Florida launch, a delivery is eligible only when the pickup and the drop-off are both in Florida and the drive stays entirely inside the state.

What is RouteCart?
RouteCart matches a small parcel with a person who is already driving that way. You request the delivery in the Sender app. A driver accepts it in the Driver app, and that acceptance is a contract between the two of you. RouteCart provides the matching, the messages, payment processing, and a live location. RouteCart does not carry the parcel and does not take custody of it.
Where does RouteCart deliver?
During the initial Florida launch, a delivery is eligible only when the pickup and the drop-off are both in Florida and the drive stays entirely inside the state. Do not request a trip that crosses a state line. Do not request one leg of a move that was already arranged to continue out of Florida. Interstate delivery is not offered unless RouteCart turns that program on and shows the extra terms before you submit the trip.
Who carries the parcel?
The driver carries the parcel. It stays with the sender until the driver takes it, then with the driver until it is delivered or returned under the delivery agreement. RouteCart never takes physical possession. You can follow the parcel on a live map from pickup to drop-off. The sender and the driver are the parties to that delivery. RouteCart provides the platform.
