Deliver parcels on your Florida commute

During the initial Florida launch, a delivery is eligible only when the pickup and the drop-off are both in Florida and the drive stays entirely inside the state.

Questions

Who can deliver?

You must be at least 18. You need a valid license for the vehicle you use, and that vehicle must be registered and roadworthy. During onboarding you give identity, contact, tax, license, vehicle, and insurance information, and you meet the safety and insurance checks shown in the app. You may accept only a Florida pickup and a Florida drop-off while the drive stays inside Florida. You accept or decline each offer. RouteCart does not promise how many deliveries you will see.

How are drivers paid?

The Driver app shows your earnings before you accept. That amount becomes binding when you accept, unless you later agree to a disclosed change such as a return, waiting, or a toll. RouteCart collects the sender payment, deducts the fees it disclosed, and sends the balance through its payment provider on the payout schedule in your account. There is no tip through the app at launch. You may decline an offer without that decline, by itself, closing your account. RouteCart does not promise that an offer will be profitable.

What if a driver cannot finish the delivery?

If the recipient is unavailable or the stop is unsafe or impossible, contact the sender in the app and follow the recorded fallback or return steps. Do not leave the parcel unattended unless the sender authorized that place. Do not keep it overnight without recorded instructions, and do not hand it to a person the app has not verified. RouteCart never takes custody. If you cannot reach the sender, use the escalation path in the app. Schedule B states the failed-delivery and claims steps.
