Send a parcel on a Florida commute
During the initial Florida launch, a delivery is eligible only when the pickup and the drop-off are both in Florida and the drive stays entirely inside the state.

Who can send a parcel?
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. If you send for a business, you need authority to bind it. The request has to name the pickup, the drop-off, the time window, and the package size, weight, and declared value. Both places must be in Florida for the initial launch, and the drive must stay in Florida. Schedule A lists items you may not ship and how a parcel must be packed.
What does the fare include?
The Sender app calculates a fare from factors such as distance, the package, timing, geography, and demand, and it shows that total before you submit. The displayed fare becomes binding when a driver accepts, except for charges the checkout already disclosed, such as a cancellation, waiting, a toll, a return, or a change you requested. Any RouteCart platform fee is shown separately from the driver charge when the pricing screen requires it. RouteCart does not add a tip at launch. The transaction record is the accepted amount.
What if the delivery fails?
If pickup or delivery cannot be finished because of inaccurate information, no access, an unsafe stop, or a refusal, the driver follows the fallback instructions you recorded or returns the parcel. You can owe waiting, return, redelivery, or storage charges that were disclosed for that delivery. The driver contacts you in the app. RouteCart does not take the parcel or store it. Schedule B is the procedure for a failed delivery, proof, and a cargo claim.
